As we expand our reach globally, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead our entry into Spain. We are seeking a motivated individual to build new sales opportunities, foster relationships with clients and eventually build a dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone eager to pioneer our growth in a new market and develop innovative strategies to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clientsDevelop and implement innovative sales and go-to-market strategies for United Kingdom to drive revenue growth and market expansionConduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends and competitive landscape insightsIdentify and engage with potential clients and mega event organizers, building a strong pipeline of opportunitiesCollaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales collateral, campaigns and promotional materials that resonate with target audiencesPrepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clientsNegotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize profitability while meeting client expectationsBuild and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and loyaltyLead, mentor and manage the sales team, setting clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and fostering a culture of high performanceStay informed on industry trends, competitors and market conditions to anticipate changes and adjust strategies accordinglyWork closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and influence product enhancements that meet market demandsDevelop sales forecasts and performance metrics to monitor progress and guide decision-makingDrive continuous improvement in the sales process, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices to enhance effectiveness and efficiency

Deep understanding of the event management and ticketing industry, with the ability to anticipate trends and adapt strategies accordinglyTeam Management and Development:

Strong analytical skills to leverage data and insights in shaping sales strategies and optimizing performanceExcellent Communication and Collaboration:

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
an MBA is a plusAt least 3 years of proven success in software solution sales, ideally within the event management or ticketing industryExperience in leading and managing high-performing sales teamsStrong knowledge of SaaS sales models and strategiesConsistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in CRM software and sales analytics toolsFlexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required
