Job Purpose
The Marketing Manager Recordati Rare Disease (RRD) will be in charge of:
* Strategic and tactical management of Brand Plan,
* Adaptation of Global strategy to local market requirements,
* Working with Sales to support team objectives achievement.
This role includes the Communication for RRD Spain, and he / she will lead, design, and execute the external and internal Communication Plan.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and managing the marketing Brand Plan, developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve objectives.
* Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors, and converting the raw data into detailed reports and actionable insights.
* Developing tools and marketing materials aligned with company and product strategic objectives and needs.
* Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
* Evaluating the effectiveness of promotion and marketing materials or programs and suggesting improvements.
* To liaise with Global team and adapt their campaigns to Iberian requirements.
* To represent RRD in industry groups, in absence of Franchise Head and / or General Manager.
* Congress organization and management.
* To update on new scientific publications.
* Initiate, manage, and monitor local market research and local / regional data-acquisition requirements.
* Contracting and management of Agencies.
Required Education
* Academic level preferred in Science,
* International work experience an asset.
Experience
* 3-10 years work experience in Marketing and Sales of the pharmaceutical industry.
Skills
* Sales attitude and mindset, to be able to support the sales team and ability to build strong customer relations.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in RRD organization as well as cross-functional collaboration.
* Ability to work in matrix as well as hierarchical structures.
* Good presentation and management skills.
* Ability to understand complex med.-scientific content and ability to communicate.
* Good English Skills to present, discuss, and convince.
* Strategic, analytical, and innovative thinking.
* Action and task orientation.
* Skilled in time management and able to meet deadlines.
* Positive thinking and enthusiasm.
