Document Control Specialist Location: Salamanca, Spain We’re looking for detail-driven professionals to support a global HR compliance initiative. This role is all about digging into historical employee records—both physical and digital—making sure everything is accurate, complete, and audit-ready across regions. What you’ll be doing: Retrieving employee files from physical archives and digital repositories Reviewing records for accuracy and completeness against defined guidelines Maintaining trackers, logs, and clear documentation of findings Partnering with regional HR teams and vendors to resolve gaps Investigating missing or hard-to-locate documents and escalating issues when needed What we’re looking for: Background in HR administration, records management, or similar support roles Strong attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills Ability to work independently in unstructured environments Experience handling confidential data with privacy and compliance in mind Exposure to integral HR processes is a plus What to expect: High-volume file reviews, including legacy records Hands-on work with physical archives (boxes, storage rooms, off-site locations)Deadline-driven work requiring smart prioritization Collaboration across countries and time zones Additional info: Duration: Project-based Travel: Occasional site visits may be required Tools: Microsoft Office, document/records management systems
