We are seeking a Medical Operations Analytics Specialist, whose main responsibility will be to access medical operations data from various sources and continuously build and improve dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to address key medical business questions and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
Respond to operational questions using system data and proactively analyze opportunities for improvement
Examine systems and processes individually, without integrating data across platforms
Download process data from medical systems into Excel
Manually clean data (remove duplicates, correct errors, adjust categorizations)
Prepare for dashboard development in Power BI as part of a future project phase
Proven experience in data analysis and advanced Excel skills
Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI
Fluent English
Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills
Participation in international projects
