As a Senior Data Analyst at Hudl, you bridge technical backend work with business leadership to turn complex data into actionable insights. You will shape the data context, partner with executives, and drive strategic decisions through robust analytical work. You’ll implement scalable data models and pilot AI-driven analyses to advance Hudl’s coaching analytics capabilities. This role offers visibility across leadership and the opportunity to impact how teams measure success.

• Lead complex analytical projects and codify ground truth into centralized data context and warehouse
• Partner with VP+ level leadership to translate data into executive actions
• Engineer data models with full business logic to support AI tools and Hudl-wide analytics
