In this role you guide a high‑impact team that builds core integration between SQL Server and Fabric services, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable data platforms. You lead architecture discussions, drive design and testing strategies, and oversee live-site reliability and incident response. You will apply AI tools across the SDLC and champion security‑driven engineering. This is a chance to shape the data platform for AI at a global scale while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

- Lead architecture discussions and design reviews for cross‑team integration between SQL Server and Fabric services
- Define test strategies with security testing and AI‑assisted test automation
- Drive secure, maintainable, and extensible code with best practices and CI/CD

Responsabilidades
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience
- Extensive engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, xcskxlj or Python
- Experience with database engines or large‑scale data systems
- Previous development experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent
- Deep familiarity with authentication, authorization, and enterprise security patterns
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑team technical initiatives in ambiguous environments
- Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top engineering talent
- People management experience
