Job Title
IT Solutions Principal Specialist - UK and IE Regions
What You’ll Do
* Customer Engagement
o Understand customer strategy, challenges, and decision processes to propose the right IT solutions.
o Build strong relationships with IT and business leaders, including VP/C‑level stakeholders.
o Deliver impactful product presentations, demos, and post‑implementation support.
o Use Salesforce to track customer interactions, opportunities, activities, and to maintain accurate data quality across the sales cycle.
* Solution Design
o Analyze customer requirements and propose improvements aligned with Amadeus’ strategy.
o Collaborate closely with Product, Portfolio, Sales Engineering, and Delivery teams.
o Use Salesforce dashboards and reports to support opportunity management, forecasting, and visibility across accounts.
* Commercial Support
o Support Account Managers in Account Development Plans.
o Identify upsell opportunities and help respond to RFPs/RFIs.
o Contribute to business cases, pricing elements, and competitive insights.
o Maintain and update all commercial activities and relevant data in Salesforce to ensure accurate pipeline reporting and follow‑up.
What You Bring
* Strong background in the hospitality / hotel tech industry.
* Solid understanding of hotel systems and integrations (iHotelier CRS, GMS, and Website solutions).
* Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM, including opportunity management, reporting, dashboards, and account planning.
* Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value.
* Confidence in customer‑facing roles and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
* Experience with Amadeus hospitality solutions or similar providers is a plus.
