Your Role
Are you a budding talent eager to dive into the dynamic world of pet nutrition? As a New Product Development Trainee at Affinity Petcare, you'll have the exciting opportunity to join a multicultural team of 7 professionals spread across 3 different geographies. You’ll support both local and integral projects within the NPD team—one of the key pillars of our R&D; department.
As part of this cross-functional environment, you’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams. From the spark of an idea to the moment a product hits the shelves, you’ll be involved in every stage of the development process, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to meaningful innovation in pet nutrition.
What you will do
- Competitors analysis
- Support the palatibity tests creation and analyze the results of the tests
- Update of product specifications in databases
- Preparation of labels
- Review Masters and Artworks
What we looking for
- You are studying a University Degree on Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, Biology or similar
- You are able to sign an internship agreement with your school
- English and Spanish are our main languages. Other languages such as French, Italian or Portuguese will be highly valued!
