To manage and support all core Human Resources administrative processes, ensuring accurate payroll, smooth employee lifecycle management, and a positive employee experience aligned with Devicare's culture and growth objectives.
This position reports directly to Head of Administration.
Manage and coordinate payroll preparation and payment, in collaboration with external payroll providers.
Support the recruitment and hiring process for new roles across the organization.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative queries.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
~3+ years of experience in HR administration, payroll, or people operations.
~ Solid knowledge of payroll processes, labor administration, and employee lifecycle management.
~ Fluent in Spanish; English C1 is required for internal communication and documentation.
