We are a global department with locations worldwide. This role is specifically focused on the EMEA region. We are seeking a local individual to work from one of the following locations: Dublin, Ireland; Madrid, Spain; Cluj, Romania; or Lisbon, Portugal.
Responsibilities include:
1. Driving Market Success Through Product:
o Establishing leadership for our customized product in markets through relationship building and management.
o Understanding market needs by working closely with market leaders and global commercial teams to shape product strategy for local features and solutions.
o Developing expert knowledge of Darwin to identify and act on competitive threats and opportunities.
o Liaising with stakeholders on feature definition and prioritization.
o Supporting country enablement and readiness activities for new localized solutions, including training and feature enablement.
o Ensuring excellence through project lessons learned, governance, and communication, while providing objective guidance on opportunities.
2. Driving Regional Expansion of New Markets on Darwin:
o Working with commercial leaders to identify and prioritize new market opportunities.
o Leading assessments and gap analyses with cross-functional teams.
o Evaluating and documenting market behavior to assess Darwin's fit.
Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience, preferably in solution development, product management, or solutions consulting within the benefits administration domain.
* Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and turn ambiguity into structured insights.
* Experience in developing and maintaining technical specifications and process flows.
* Knowledge or familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
