Your Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic partner for our high-value German-speaking clientele, understanding their unique business ambitions and market challenges.
* Develop, optimize, and manage sophisticated Google Ads campaigns, providing data-driven insights and long-term growth roadmaps.
* Deliver high-level, consultative support, moving beyond quick fixes to implement advanced, effective marketing solutions.
* Foster strong, long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups, strategic reviews, and a relentless focus on delivering value.
* Serve as an expert guide on the latest digital marketing trends and Google Ads features, empowering clients to achieve their goals.
What You Bring to the Table (Requirements):
* Native/Bilingual (C2) proficiency in German and a high level of English.
* A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates your expertise.
* 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or online advertising, with a proven track record in Google Ads.
* A deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and a strategic, consultative approach to client relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders.
