Role Overview
We are looking for a
Financial Controller
to support and coordinate financial reporting across the group. This role will play a key part in ensuring timeliness of financial information, working closely with local finance teams to review and control reporting processes.
The position requires a strong background in accounting, hands-on involvement in ongoing financial reporting and analytical reviews, and the ability to
coordinate and ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes
.
Key Responsibilities
Play a key role in
monthly, quarterly, and annual
reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
Extract, process, and enhance
financial information in Excel spreadsheet.
Ensure
upload
process of financial information into group consolidation platform.
Provide financial support to both the
Group Level
and
Local Country
finance managers.
Contribute
to process improvements, reporting standardization, and financial control best practices.
Requirements
Previous experience of at least 3 years in
Financial Controlling
within a
multinational company
.
Proven experience working multinational companies,
covering global positions.
Professional background in
Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
, or a related field.
Advanced
level of English
is a must
, both written and spoken
(used daily)
.
Portuguese
and
Italian
language skills will be considered a plus.
Strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration.
