Responsibilities
* Integral management of engineering projects from the conceptual design phase to commissioning (EPC - Engineering, Procurement and Construction).
* Coordination of multidisciplinary projects in chemical process areas.
* Execution of projects under PMI, Agile, Process Safety methodologies, according to requirements.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience.
* Knowledge in industrial chemical processes: (refining, water treatment, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, etc.).
* Engineering project management: (planning, execution, monitoring and closure according to PMI or similar).
* Technical software management: AutoCAD / Aspen HYSYS / ChemCAD / MS Project / Asana.
* Standards and regulations: ASME, API, OSHA, ATEX, REACH, GMP, among others.
* Budget and cost management: CAPEX and OPEX control, variance analysis and financial control.
* Technical risk management: HAZOP, Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
* Process Safety Management.
* Knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies: Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen.
* Multidisciplinary team leadership: Coordination between engineering, procurement, production and quality.
* Schedule management and planning: Use of Gantt tools, critical schedules, milestones.
* Stakeholder management: Effective communication with customers, contractors, management.
* Negotiation and decision making.
* Project quality management: Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).
* Agility and adaptation to change: Experience in dynamic or disruptive environments.

Experience
* Experience managing engineering projects from conceptual design to commissioning (EPC).
* Coordination of multidisciplinary projects in chemical process areas.
* Execution of projects under PMI, Agile, Process Safety methodologies, according to requirements.
Education
* Academic background: Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
* Master's Degree in Project Engineering / Project Management / Process Engineering (optional, but highly valued).
* Complementary technical training: Technical software courses: MS Project / Asana, AutoCAD / Aspen HYSYS / ChemCAD.
* Training in international norms and standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA, GMP, ATEX, API (depending on sector).
* Languages: English: intermediate/advanced level, spoken and written.
