We're headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.## **JOB DESCRIPTION:****About the Role** We are seeking a detail‐oriented and highly organized Performance Cost Controlling Analyst to support our monthly financial closing processes and ensure accurate cost reporting. This role focuses on SAP‐based closing activities, vendor detail maintenance, variance analysis, and accrual requests. You will play a key part in maintaining cost accuracy and supporting internal stakeholders with reliable data and insights.**Key Responsibilities*** Execute monthly closing tasks in SAP, ensuring timely and accurate postings.* Maintain vendor details and cost centers structures.* Perform monthly variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast, and Last Year.* Prepare and request accruals, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with Finance policies.* Support cost visibility by maintaining clean, structured datasets and reconciliations.* Collaborate with internal teams to validate cost and vendor information.* Assist in preparation of standard cost reports and operational summaries.**Skills & Experience*** 1–3 years of experience in Controlling, Accounting, or Finance operations.* Strong experience working with SAP.* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.* Highly organized, detail‐driven, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify deviations and explain cost movements.* Good level of written and spoken English.* Programming skills (R, Python, SQL) are a plus.**What We Offer*** A structured and collaborative environment with opportunities to learn and grow.* Exposure to monthly financial cycles and operational cost reporting.* Involvement in process improvement and digitalization initiatives.*At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
