Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
* Act as the main point of contact, providing strategic advice and solutions.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and expand business with existing clients.
* Monitor account performance and provide insights to optimize strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
* Fluent German (C2) or Nativeand English (C1) proficiency.
* Previous experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success is a plus.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proactive mindset with a customer-oriented approach.
