Siemens Mobility/Sqills is looking for an experienced business consultant who can translate complex problems into simple and sustainable solutions that drive business results.
We have a global client base, ranging from The Americas to a strong client base in Europe. With a global go-to-market strategy, we are continuously expanding our footprint to Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
Responsibilities

* Guide Spanish‑speaking clients in modeling their business processes within the industry‑leading SaaS product S3 Passenger.
* Integrate S3 Passenger into clients’ IT ecosystems, including upstream channels (B2C, B2B, B2E) and downstream systems such as CRM and Revenue Management.
* Conduct workshops, provide consulting, participate in presales activities, and train clients onsite—both in Spain and internationally.
* Assist clients throughout implementation and production phases, ensuring solutions meet evolving passenger needs.
* Collaborate with a customer‑centric team in Madrid to support Spanish‑speaking customers in both production and implementation stages.
Qualifications

* University degree.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a consultant or information analyst in IT.
* Experience in addressing business needs and objectives with IT solutions.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex problems.
* Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written, with client‑centric communication skills.
* Willingness to travel to clients worldwide.
* International experience and ambition is a plus.
* Background in development and/or information/business analysis is welcome.
