Position Overview
Part‑time or full‑time Sales Assistant for a store in Madrid. Report to the Store Manager and serve as a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the growth of the Bimba y Lola culture in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a complete customer service experience, from welcoming to final sale, addressing any requests or complaints.
* Count and manage stock, organise deliveries and maintain the stockroom.
* Organise products on the shop floor and implement visual merchandising guidelines, collaborating on visual changes and window displays.
Qualifications
* Minimum one year of experience in customer‑service sales roles.
* Strong sense of fashion and ability to listen to and understand client needs.
* Team‑player who can work collaboratively and motivate colleagues.
Compensation includes a competitive salary plus commission, additional benefits such as corporative discounts, a personal uniform, and induction with product training each season.
