About the Role: We're looking for a creative and commercially-minded Field Marketing Specialist to drive demand and pipeline growth across EMEA. Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of regional marketing programs across webinars, digital campaigns, events, and partner activations. Ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, brings sharp project management skills, and loves collaborating with sales. Play a hands-on role across the entire marketing lifecycle: from campaign planning and asset localisation, to managing event logistics and reporting results. Work closely with global marketing teams, external vendors, and sales stakeholders to ensure regional programs are executed to the highest standard. About You: Ideal background in B2B/Saas/Enterprise IT field marketing, confident running multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and drive pipeline. You’re naturally organised, collaborative, and thrive in an environment where agility, data and creativity intersect. Hands-on experience with digital campaigns, webinars, events, and partner marketing Understands the importance of campaign analytics, targeting tools, and segmentation Is comfortable using tools like 6sense, Salesforce, Eloqua, Tableau (or similar) Is a strong communicator with great attention to detail and time management Can work autonomously and across time zones with confidence and urgency Speaks fluent English (additional European languages a plus) Open to occasional travel across EMEA (up to 2x per quarter)
