Be the unsung hero who ensures flawless deal execution—freeing KAMs to sell while you handle the heavy lifting.
What You’ll Do
* Proposal ninja: Turn agreements into error-free proposals and budgets in hours (customizing T&Cs, rates, SLAs).
* CRM and GDS (Amadeus) expert: Keep working systems pristine (notes, next steps, docs attached) so no deal falls through cracks.
* Objection Intel Agent: Document every client hesitation for KAMs to address in real-time.
* Process optimizer: Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle (e.g., "Legal takes 3 days to review") and fix them.
Who You Are
* 2+ years in travel/hospitality ops (TMC backoffice, hotel group sales support).
* Tech-savvy executor: CRM, Excel, Access, Amadeus GDS (pivot tables = your BFF).
