Role Overview We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will call Polish companies, speak with IT managers, and generate qualified leads for clients such as Intel, Dell, and Fujitsu.
Responsibilities Engage with key decision‐makers: connect and initiate conversations with IT managers to understand their current tech setup.
Present our client's innovative IT solutions and demonstrate how they can improve processes and productivity.
Set up meetings between prospects and our client's sales experts to progress the conversation.
Work with the client's sales team in the "Warm Handover" process to hand over qualified leads.
Complete a four‐week onboarding program to prepare for the role.
Qualifications Native Polish speaker and bilingual English speaker (Spanish is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales and/or telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
Previous CRM experience desirable.
Target‐driven mentality and can‐do attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must reside and be legally able to work in the Madrid region.
Work Hours & Compensation Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 (1‐hour lunch break). Friday: 08:00 – 14:00. Permanent contract. Base salary about 1,780€ per month plus an uncapped commission system. Total yearly earnings approximately €21,390.
