About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Office Administrator to run the day-to-day operations of our Marbella office. You'll be the hub of the team — supporting agents, keeping everything running smoothly, and ensuring clients visiting the office receive a professional, welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
Office & Admin
* Manage daily office operations and keep the office organised and client-ready
* Handle incoming enquiries, calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally
* Support agents with documents, scheduling, follow-ups, and general admin tasks
* Maintain accurate records and ensure information is logged correctly (systems/CRM training provided)
Team Support
* Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and priorities
* Help ensure leads/enquiries are actioned and routed to the right agent quickly
* Keep a smooth flow between agents, clients, and management
Marketing & Listings Support
* Support social media posting (templates and training provided)
* Help source new listings (calls/messages, basic follow-up, chasing info)
* Assist with property info collection: photos, key details, availability, and documents
Optional: Client Walk-In Sales (Commission Upside)
* If you enjoy sales, you can also help with walk-in clients and earn an
additional commission percentage
on qualifying deals (structure explained in interview).
What We're Looking For (Preferred)
* Experience in
administration
, ideally within
real estate
, hospitality, or a client-facing environment
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Confident communicator (English required; Spanish is a strong advantage)
* Professional, presentable, and comfortable dealing with clients in person
* Good basic tech skills (Google/Office, CRM systems, WhatsApp, social platforms)
* A "get it done" attitude — reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure
Training Provided:
CRM process, social posting workflows, listing support, and internal procedures.
