Global Digital Communications
Verisure is on the lookout for a talented, innovative, and passionate Digital Communications Specialist to join our dynamic and successful global Communications Team. This exciting role is based in Madrid and reports to the Senior Global Digital Communications Manager.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our global digital communication strategy, helping us understand and enhance our e-reputation while boosting brand visibility across 17 countries. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and implementation of our global digital communication strategy aligned with company goals.
* Monitor and analyse the company’s online reputation (including key stakeholders such as the Management Team) to address potential risks or negative sentiment across digital platforms. Develop strategies for improvement.
* Lead active listening efforts across digital platforms to track conversations about Verisure, identify emerging issues or opportunities, and provide timely responses.
* Support issue and crisis management efforts for early detection and to avoid escalation.
* Conduct analysis of digital assets to ensure consistent brand presence across different channels.
* Develop content strategies and calendars to showcase our corporate brand across various channels (corporate website, blogs, social media, etc.).
* Create reports to track our performance.
* Support local teams as needed by sharing best practices, providing training, etc.
* Gather best practices from within and outside the company and stay updated on digital communication trends and emerging tools.

This position will be based in Madrid.
Reporting and organisation structure
This position will report into the Senior Global Digital Communications Manager.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
* Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
* A postgraduate degree in digital communication or digital marketing is a plus.
* At least two to three years of experience in digital communication or marketing within an international corporate team or agency.
Technical Skills:
* Expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.), digital monitoring tools (Talkwalker, Brandwatch, etc.), and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.). Knowledge of SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.) is desirable.
* Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret insights and suggest optimizations.
* Strong understanding of global digital communication trends and data-driven optimization.
* Experience in cross-functional teams and cross-regional collaboration within a global corporate setting.
Soft Skills
* Strong strategic and global mindset with the ability to adapt messaging for different cultural contexts.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills for working with global teams.
Languages:
* English (minimum C1 level) required; proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, French, German, etc.) is a plus.
