Main responsibilities
* Handle allocated clients from initial contact through to completion and post-sale, offering creative solutions to achieve successful deals.
* Manage the full sales cycle while maintaining and updating the CRM with client requirements and personal databases in line with commercial objectives
* Drive business development through networking, prospecting potential listings, and cultivating relationships in assigned areas.
* Collect and verify all required property documentation, sign mediation agreements with owners, and ensure adherence to company commission policies.
* Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and feedback to vendors on market activity and listed properties.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of Estepona, Marbella and Sotogrande, and surrounding areas to ensure effective property listings.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial roles; residential real estate experience is a strong advantage.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Valid driving license.
* Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and results-driven.
* Financially and performance-oriented, with the ability to thrive in an international team environment.
* Proactive, organized, and hands-on, with flexibility to work varied hours.
* Exceptional customer service, preferably experienced with demanding national and international clients.
* Knowledge of the Costa del Sol and local property market
