Responsibilities Report to the Maintenance Plant Manager.
Coaching CMMS software to technicians and tracking daily implementation.
Supporting maintenance area responsible with CMMS implementation and pushing data analysis to improve maintenance programs and technical improvements.
Asset: continue with creation and revision of the full list of assets of the plant.
Spare Parts: codifying existing spare parts for maintenance use and coaching with the implementation of the new spare parts system.
Preventive Maintenance: collaborating with area responsible for preventive maintenance implementation and tracking.
Qualifications Degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, or Electrical).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Comprehensive practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, products, machines, and equipment.
Comfortable in a plant environment; some travel may be required.
Business fluent in English (B2) and Spanish.
