- You will secure the daily business and work on real saving projects with direct impact in the production

**About the job**
This department is in charge of the **Strategic Procurement **of composites materials, leading the related Multi Functional Team (MFT) for the complete Airbus Group through the Procurement Synergy Group (PSG). The job will be developed in **Getafe, **and traveling might be required from time to time.
The **jobholder **will primarily manage transversal projects within the commodity, focused on:
- Competitiveness (technical, industrial, cost )
- Sustainability
- Data Analytics
- Transformation (digital, processes, tools )
The job brings an opportunity to develop project management and procurement skills in a motivating, challenging, innovating, and creative technical context.
You will develop end to end business solutions, directly influencing Airbus cost base and EBIT, looking at the big picture for your perimeter.
You will collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders all over the world to accelerate innovations bringing value and differentiation to our customers.
You will be at the heart of the development of new technologies and products for future and existing aircraft.
**Main activities**:
- Capture needs and requirements to be addressed through transversal projects within the commodity
- Liaise with stakeholders (internal and suppliers), aligning them towards common goals
- Define solutions and action plans
- Prepare business cases and feasibility analyses
- Carry out trade-offs among different alternatives
- Deploy and implement the selected solutions through projects across PMBC portfolio of suppliers and Commodity Sourcing Group (CSGs)
**Additional activities**:
- Develop, and continuously improve, Project Management methodologies across the commodity. Eg: KPIs, trackers, activity planning, process harmonization...
- Define and implement strategies for the different CSGs
- Prepare and Participate in international Call for Tenders and negotiations with suppliers
**CompetencIes and Skills**:

**Hard skills**:
- Degree in Engineering, Science or Business
- Experience in Procurement and/or efficient Project Management
- Previus experience in an internship as a buyer at Airbus will be highly valued.
- Knowledge on contracts and international negotiations is valued
- Fluent in the data management and analysis and in the use of presentation tools (eg. MS Excel & Powerpoint, Google Sheets & Slides )
- Knowledge and/or experience in aerospace is valued
- Good technical understanding of composite materials and processes is a plus
- Negotiation level of English is required
