This role contributes to strong product and marketing execution by coordinating key operational tasks, supporting product and retail initiatives, and ensuring consistent communication across teams and partners. You will collaborate with internal teams, media partners, and ambassadors to help deliver a clear and cohesive brand presence in the market.# The Challenge* Support the Spanish marketing team in planning and executing activities.* Coordinate the preparation of content and materials used across different communication channels* Support brand coordinators with promotional and product performance analysis.* Manage inventory and product samples, including requests, logistics, product setup, and allocation.* Support in coordination for retail marketing activities and ensure timely delivery of POS materials, campaign assets, and dealer tools.* Develop and adapt product messaging and marketing materials for the Spanish market, ensuring brand consistency.* Manage media monitoring and clipping, consolidating coverage and preparing impact reports.* Provide support with ambassadors, media partners, and external agencies along with participation at events.* Coordinate PR activities and media outreach to enhance brand visibility.* Work closely with European marketing colleagues to align strategies and share best practices.* Track and report on marketing activities and provide insights for improvement.* 1–3 years of experience in marketing, product support, communications, or a similar role.* Strong ability to create clear, engaging product messaging and marketing content.* Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills.* Experience in product analysis, pricing, or margin evaluation.* Ability to manage multiple operational processes such as inventory, samples, POS materials, and campaign coordination.* Experience in PR coordination, media relations, or clipping is a plus.* Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and able to manage several projects under tight deadlines.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish languages are an advantage.* A proactive, solution-focused mindset and willingness to take initiative.* Creative thinker with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and brand consistency.* Passion or knowledge of cycling and the sports market is a plus.* The role starts with the 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.Shimano and its subsidiaries offer a pleasant, informal working environment with colleagues who work well together, and are proud to work for Shimano.
