We are currently looking for a talented Retail Controlling Trainee to join our finance Team.
Role & responsibilities :
* Analyze the productivity of the tailoring team and flag any workload alerts.
* Assist in reviewing the performance of promotional campaigns and their impact on sales.
* Help prepare discount reports and analyze store performance.
* Provide assitance in the weekly review of the retail KPIs.
* Support in reviewing store P&L statements and preparing monthly sales targets for the retail team.
Requirements :
* Currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Basic knowledge of accounting or financial reporting.
* High level of English.
* Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
* Availability to start in mid-September.
