RESPONSIBILITIES:
The jobholder is responsible for Delivering on Time, Cost & Quality expected customer products through the supply of the parts and materials (LRUs/HTIs, consumables...) for the production activities in the plant for the A400M MRO Program:
* Ensuring the availability of the work orders, parts and materials, form and quantity to fulfil the production plan.
* Monitoring and following the progress of the production plan.
* Defining and implementing the optimized logistics flows for the supply of components to the line.
* Managing the organization, consolidation of heterogeneous service activities in the plant.
* Ensuring the continuously development and implementation of improvement strategy. Focus on elimination of waste as reduction of costs of non-quality in service activities.
* Ensuring close collaboration/alignment with the overall TAOMA team located in Getafe, Sevilla, Manching and Wunstorf.
PRODUCTION CONTROL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Managing & optimizing the activities under the scope of Production Control.
* Translating the Airbus strategy into a clear set of activities.
* Identifying risks and opportunities ensuring operative plan and delivery of the aircraft.
* Escalating blocking points and offering alternative solutions.
* Promoting collaboration with transverse teams and functions: Operations, Programs, Procurement, Customer Services and others.
SKILLS:
* Educated to degree level in Engineering.
* Experience in Production/MRO environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, multi‑functional team‑working, flexibility, proactive behaviour.
* Organised and structured.
* Advanced level in English and Spanish.
