Support the Lead - Stock & Assets in ensuring the efficient operation of the department.Responsible for receiving components and materials from suppliers, ensuring compliance with requirements, and locating components for manufacturing lines.Key Responsibilities :
Receive raw materials, components, and finished products for distribution according to company procedures.Prepare subcontracting orders for external treatments, painting, or machining.Record reception of materials and outsourced operations in the ERP system.Inspect received materials to ensure they meet specifications.Store products in designated warehouse locations.Contribute to 5S/Lean activities across warehouses.Train and instruct temporary employees as needed.Maintain cleanliness of the reception area.Assist the warehouse team in ensuring on-time delivery.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Support planning tasks and monthly stock closings.Ensure compliance with HSSEQ rules and promote safety awareness.Update equipment and maintenance records in the system.Handle general office administration and reporting tasks.Process stock disposal forms and assist with sales and stock checks.Maintain spreadsheets and booking of supplier delivery notes.Assist with monthly stock evaluations and update workshop repair records.Manage and report stock utilization across facilities.Answer incoming calls and perform ad-hoc administrative duties.Communicate and enforce HSSEQ regulations organization-wide.Represent the company professionally internally and externally.Follow established processes and policies, prioritizing health and safety.Participate in continuous improvement activities as required.Required Capabilities :
Good academic background;
higher education in English is valued.Experience in purchasing and warehouse reception areas.Problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.Initiative, professionalism, flexibility, and proactivity.Ability to meet deadlines with excellent organizational skills.Self-disciplined, motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
