N+ is responsible for the Mercedes-AMG F1 electric bikes (eBikes), see nplusbikes.ComAs we expand our footprint to meet demand in Europe, we are looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development leader, who loves the challenge of 'hunting' and building a business from scratch.The OpportunityThe Head of Sales / Business Development will spearhead our expansion into European markets including Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Switzerland by establishing B2B partnerships with automotive dealerships, bike retailers, and luxury hotels.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and implement the business development strategy across hotels, Mercedes automotive dealerships,
and bike retail networks throughout Europe.Introduce Mercedes eBikes as part of guest services, mobility solutions, or product offerings for luxury hotels.Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across hospitality, automotive, and bike retail sectors, utilizing your existing network to drive new opportunities.Present tailored business solutions that highlight the unique value of Mercedes eBikes, whether as a premium guest experience, eco-friendly mobility option, or innovative product line.Develop customized proposals and negotiate agreements to secure long-term partnerships, ensuring seamless integration of Mercedes eBikes.Collaborate with marketing teams to craft targeted campaigns emphasizing luxury, sustainability, and innovation.Stay current on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.Represent n+ at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.QualificationsGerman and English language skills.10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the hospitality or luxury goods sector.Established network within automotive/dealerships, bike retail,
