We are currently offering opportunities for both students and recent graduates to join our team in an Events role. This position provides hands‑on experience in event planning, coordination, and execution within a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the planning and organization of events
- Preparing and managing budgets
- Developing timelines and event schedules
- Coordinating and communicating with suppliers and external partners
- Supervising event venues and on‑site logistics
- Coordinating and supporting the execution of events on the day
- Evaluating event performance and outcomes after completion
- Contributing to continuous improvement of event processes
Working Hours
28 to 30 hours per week, from Monday to Thursday, 10:00–14:00 and 14:30–17:30. Occasional availability on Fridays and weekends may be required depending on scheduled events.
1. Internship for Students (Unpaid)
This opportunity is designed for students seeking practical experience as part of their academic program or Erasmus traineeship. The standard duration is 4 to 6 months ; however, in exceptional cases, shorter internships of 2 to 3 months may be considered depending on the candidate’s profile and interview outcome.
2. Graduate Placement (Paid Position)
We also offer positions for recent graduates, involving employment within the company and participation in ongoing event projects. The duration of this placement is typically 4 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and company needs. The position is paid, with a base salary according to local regulations and the applicable collective agreement.
Requirements
- Spanish language proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Interest in event management and coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in events or related fields is considered a strong advantage
