- Manage parts sales forecasting, tracking, and warehouse inventory control.
- Formulate parts pricing strategies and maintain the EPC system for technical support.
- Handle dealer parts issues, oversee international logistics, and ensure smooth customs clearance.
- Drive continuous system optimization and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Forecast and track parts sales, formulating targeted improvement measures to boost sales.
- Conduct regular warehouse inventory counts and handle obsolete stock.
- Collect and analyze parts market dynamics to formulate reasonable pricing strategies, maintaining brand competitiveness and balancing stakeholder interests.
- Proficiently use the EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) system for parts coding query, verification, and publishing to ensure information accuracy and uniqueness.
- Track and maintain parts technical data for new models and facelifts, updating the system database to provide timely support to dealers.
- Provide technical consultation to dealers, answering professional questions regarding parts adaptability, alternative parts, and drawing identification.
- Monitor and handle daily issues dealers encounter when using the order system and querying the EPC, providing remote guidance or coordinating with the IT department for resolution.
- Process and resolve dealer complaints regarding incorrect, missing, or poor-quality parts deliveries, following up on results until closed-loop resolution to improve dealer satisfaction.
- Manage overseas customs clearance processes and assist in resolving clearance delays or anomalies caused by document or classification issues to ensure smooth destination port clearance.
- Understand European regulations, such as REACH and Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) preparations.
- Coordinate with logistics carriers to track in-transit cargo status and promptly resolve transportation anomalies (e.g., damage, loss, or port congestion).
- Analyze existing logistics routes and packaging solutions to continuously reduce logistics costs and improve transportation efficiency through shipment consolidation, transport mode optimization, or rate negotiation.
- Propose system optimization requirements based on actual business pain points (e.g., cumbersome processes, error-prone points) in the order processing system and participate in testing and acceptance.
- Review the end-to-end parts process from inbound to dealer delivery, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvement plans to enhance parts operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate degree or above; majors in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, International Trade, or Logistics Management are preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in parts management, aftersales support, or international logistics.
- Familiarity with the construction machinery or automotive industry is preferred.
- Proficient in using the EPC system, with the ability to quickly read drawings and analyze parts structures.
- Proficient in operating ERP or WMS/TMS systems, with a deep understanding of order processing systems.
- Familiar with overseas customs clearance processes, Incoterms, and document preparation requirements.
- Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot tables, Power BI, etc.), and equipped with strong data analysis capabilities.
- Possess technical drawing reading skills; candidates who can read 2D CAD drawings are preferred.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication skills and customer service awareness, capable of properly handling complaints and emergencies.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to propose specific optimization plans for logistics or order bottlenecks.

- Good English reading and writing skills for handling English documents and email communication; local Spanish language proficiency is required, and knowing Chinese is preferred.
