? Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Information Technologies, Social Sciences, Business Analytics, Machine Learning or other relevant quantitative fields ??
? Duration: 2-year Graduate Program
? Designed to develop Nestlé’s next generation of IT leaders, as part of a multicultural team working on the biggest digital transformation in the FMCG industry ??
? Learning model: Based on the 70-20-10 approach:
Work on real assignments from day one
Grow your leadership, communication and technical skills
Attend regular interactive sessions with senior leaders
Follow a predefined learning path (approx. 240h) covering company culture, tech skills, and soft/leadership skills
Work with top technologies and partners (SAP, CISCO, Grafana, Accenture…) ?

? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant IT or STEM field
? Basic knowledge of SAP, IT Operations, Monitoring/Observability is a plus
?? Programming and automation skills are a plus
?️ Fluency in English is a must; Spanish or other languages are a plus in our multicultural environment ?
