Business Developer Innovations South-Europe
Globachem – Join us as a Business Developer Innovations in Southern Europe. You'll lead the commercialization of our own innovative crop protection products across Spain, Italy and other South-European markets.
Responsibilities
Commercialize Globachem's own developed innovative crop protection products in South-European countries.
Provide market insights, map competition and competing products.
Build a strong technical basis and transform technical knowledge into compelling use recommendations to support quick and convincing market adoption.
Lead pre-launch initiatives and support distributors to ensure successful product introductions through demo trials, technical training and presentations.
Maintain a solid network of distributors, CROs, advisors and industry influencers in Spain, Italy and other South-European countries.
Coordinate annual trial plans to meet regulatory, crop safety, compatibility and sales requirements.
Represent Globachem at local congresses and symposiums.
Collaborate with the sales manager to select distribution partners and set pricing.
Work closely with colleagues from Sales & Marketing, R&D;, Product Development, Regulatory and Supply Chain.
Report to the Business Development Manager at headquarters in Belgium.
Qualifications
Degree in Agronomy, Bio-engineering or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in a commercial role in crop protection, with experience launching new products.
Fluent in Spanish or Italian (native level) and English; additional languages are a plus.
Based in the South of Europe (Spain or Italy) and adaptable to travel frequently to other South-European countries or to the headquarters in Belgium.
Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
Strategic and commercial approach to project management.
Hands-on self-starter driven by innovation.
Team player with a growth mindset.
