This role is critical to ensuring the seamless flow of projects through our creative studio, from concept to delivery.As the link between account management, creative, and production teams, you will oversee the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of creative work while maintaining the highest standards of quality and meeting tight deadlines. Your ability to juggle multiple projects, anticipate challenges, and collaborate with diverse teams will be key to your success in this role**Key Responsibilities**:Project Scheduling:- Develop, manage, and regularly update detailed production schedules for a variety of advertising and creative projects.- Ensure all deadlines are clearly communicated and met, adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities or client feedback.Workload Management:- Assign and prioritize tasks across creative teams (designers, copywriters, art directors, motion designers, etc.) based on project requirements, deadlines, and team availability.- Monitor team workloads to ensure resources are used efficiently, balancing priorities across multiple campaigns and clients.- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or resource constraints and implement solutions to maintain smooth workflows.Department Liaison:- Act as the primary point of contact between account managers, creatives, and production teams to align expectations, timelines, and deliverables.- Ensure all teams are fully briefed and equipped to meet client objectives and creative goals.Workflow Monitoring:- Track and manage project progress at each stage of the creative process, ensuring all milestones are achieved.- Make adjustments to schedules and resources as needed to accommodate shifting deadlines, client demands, or changes in project scope.Quality Control:- Review deliverables to ensure they meet the client’s brief and align with the agency’s creative and technical standards.- Collaborate with the creative team to maintain consistency and quality across all outputs.Resource Allocation:- Coordinate internal resources and freelance talent as needed to meet workload demands and project deadlines.- Plan for team member absences (e.G., vacations, leave) by arranging coverage to ensure uninterrupted delivery.Problem-Solving:- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and operational challenges, keeping projects on track.- Anticipate risks and recommend adjustments to prevent delays or quality issues.Communication:- Maintain clear, consistent, and transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and progress.- Ensure feedback loops are managed effectively to keep projects moving forward.Tools & Systems:- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects.**Requirements**:**Requirements**:**Experience**:- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a traffic management or project management role within an advertising agency or creative studio environment.- Familiarity with the fast-paced nature of advertising campaigns and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables.**Skills**:- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships across teams.- In-depth understanding of creative processes for print, digital, video, and web campaigns.- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.Bonus Skills:- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (to understand file types and workflows).- Knowledge of project management methodologies.**Languages**- Proficient English (mandatory)- Spanish (mandartory)- Any other languages are a plus.**Benefits**- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- Collaborative and inclusive work environment.- Access to the latest design tools and technologies.- Regulated working hours and work-life balance- MacBook and any other
