We are looking for a Launch Specialist to support the launch of Xiromed’s EU portfolio pipeline. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing launch activities across multiple markets, ensuring that each launch is technically prepared, aligned with business goals, and delivered on time. You will play a key role in maximizing launch value and margin across our markets: Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Poland.

What will you do?
* Lead new launch projects and strategic initiatives linked to new commercial opportunities.
* Lead dose dispense projects across Europe and help define the best strategy for hospital and retail launches.
* Coordinate cross-functional activities with Business Development, Supply, Logistics, Regulatory, Design, Commercial, IP, Pharmacovigilance, and QA/QC.
* Work closely with commercial teams to ensure prioritization is up to date and business needs are clearly understood.
* Help define the best launch strategy for each product, including pricing and market access considerations.
* Identify risks, opportunities, and process improvement areas, while exploring new sectors and growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate launch activities and ensure all requirements are completed on time for product supply.
* Lead portfolio optimization activities, including pack size optimization, COGs reduction, manufacturing improvements, and logistics improvements.
* Maintain and regularly update the overall launch plan, reporting progress and status to relevant stakeholders.
* Maintain databases in SAP, IBP, and CRM.
* Ensure MMDD maintenance for serialization purposes.
* Collaborate with all involved functions to ensure launches are produced according to information approved by Health Authorities.
* For products with aRMMs, ensure distribution is completed effectively before launch.
* Align with Logistics and QA to ensure appropriate transport conditions are in place and that required agreements and audits are completed.
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in product launches, project management, supply, regulatory, quality, or related cross-functional environments.
* Strong understanding of launch planning and cross-functional coordination in a regulated environment.
* Knowledge of GxP/GMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
* Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across different markets.
* Familiarity with pricing, market access, supply chain, logistics, and commercial launch strategy will be considered a strong plus.
* Experience with SAP, IBP, CRM, and Excel.
* Strong project management and coordination skills.
* Ability to identify risks, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities at the same time.
* Structured way of working, with strong attention to detail and execution.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Professional level of English, both written and spoken.
* Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
