Your Role
We are currently looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join the WP Toolkit team. You’ll work on features that empower hosting providers and end‑users to manage WordPress® sites at scale. This role blends backend development with practical WordPress® experience, contributing directly to a highly visible product used across multiple hosting panels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PHP/JS components within the WP Toolkit ecosystem
- Prototype product features and solutions and generate ideas
- Decompose tasks, develop technical solutions, design and code review participation
- Build integrations and features that improve the management experience for WordPress® installations
- Collaborate with developers, PM, and support teams to deliver high‑quality releases
- Enhance the development infrastructure, including automation facilities and telemetry
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and contribute to technical improvements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in PHP development
- Strong base using JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js
- Experience in creating testable code and automated tests
- Experience building or maintaining WordPress® plugins (major plus)
- Ability to find solutions by analyzing a task at hand
- Estimation and decomposition skills
