At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Application Production Support to join a leading company in the banking sector. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical banking systems.

Main responsibilities:
Production support for core banking applications / Application maintenance (corrective and evolutive).
Deployments and testing for new projects.
Obsolescence management and patching activities.
Handling user requests and internal client support.
Supporting both On-Premises solutions and third‑party SaaS solutions.
Answering product‑related queries, including: Product usage and design, Configuration, Software updates, Third‑party integrations.
Managing tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA.
Working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance.
Performance tuning and root cause analysis.
Technical Environment:
Operating Systems: Windows Server / Linux
Databases: SQL / Oracle
Tools & Technologies: ServiceNow, Jira, DynaTrace, PowerShell, Autosys, CyberArk, Citrix, HVD
Collaboration tools: Teams / Outlook
Who are you?
3–5 years of experience in Production/Application Support.
Experience in banking or critical environments (highly valued).
Solid knowledge of: SQL / Oracle (basic-to-intermediate DBA level), Windows & Linux Servers.
ITIL framework: Experience working with SLAs.
Good level of English.
Availability to go one day a week to the offices located in Madrid.
