Join our General Supply Chain Europe Planning Performance team through an exciting VIE opportunity as a Kinaxis & SupplyOn Deployment Leader, based in Sant Boi de Llobregat, Spain.
You will drive the deployment of digital planning solutions across European plants and distribution centers, supporting end‑to‑end supply chain operations. Work at the intersection of supply chain, IT, and project management to improve data flows, boost system performance, and ensure strong tool adoption.
Main missions:
- Lead the deployment of Kinaxis planning software and SupplyOn solutions across European plants and distribution centers.
- Support the monthly Europe planning processes (Master Production Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Vendor Forecasting): follow the planning cycle, train users, and engage the community.
- Assist plants and suppliers in deploying and using the SupplyOn web portal; lead selected EDI deployment projects in coordination with Schneider IT, suppliers, and plants.
- Manage system changes related to transfers, new flows, and ERP updates in plants and distribution centers by ensuring proper implementation and data integration in Kinaxis.
- Track and support the rollout of new Kinaxis features and enhancements across the region, ensuring adoption.
- Support regional planning experts (Kinaxis and SupplyOn) by providing reporting, maturity assessments, data consolidation, and analysis.
Education:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain planning or replenishment (internships and apprenticeships fully considered)
Mindset and skills:
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Solid knowledge of supply chain planning (MRP, MPS, DRP, forecasting) and end‑to‑end flows
- Experience with planning systems, ERP environments, and data integration/EDI concepts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and monitor performance
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on optimizing processes, tools, and data quality
- Strong intercultural communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
