Country Manager Iberia – E-Mobility Leader (Madrid)
Company & Context Our client is a well-established European player in the Electric Vehicle (EV) ecosystem. Unlike many startups in the mobility sector, this is a profitable, self-financed scale-up with a proven business model and a leading position in its home market (France).
* Location: Madrid (Home Office / Hybrid).
* Role: Strategic Country Launch & P&L Ownership.
The Mission: Build the Ecosystem, Drive the Growth You are the Head of Iberia. Your mission is to structure the market presence and position the brand as a key player in the Spanish & Portuguese EV ecosystem. You act as a bridge between the local market reality and the HQ.
* 70% Strategic Partnerships (B2B): You identify and sign key agreements with the local ecosystem: Charge Point Operators (CPOs), Installers, and Leasing Companies. You are not doing cold calling; you are building high-level alliances to generate leads for the internal sales teams.
* 30% Brand & Market Strategy (B2C): You adapt the global vision to the local culture. You work with Marketing to grow the user base (App) and challenge local competitors.
* Market Intelligence: You are the "eyes and ears" on the ground. You identify new opportunities (Fleets, Logistics) and guide the product roadmap.
Who You Are (The Ideal Profile)
* Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience.
* Industry: You come strictly from the E-Mobility / EV Charging sector. You already know the key players (CPOs, Installers, Energy companies) in Spain or Portugal.
* Skillset: You have a strategic mindset (P&L, Roadmap) but are willing to be hands-on during the launch phase. You understand SaaS and B2B2C dynamics.
* Languages: Native Spanish OR Portuguese + Fluent English.
