The opportunity


Barcelona’s prime residential market continues to attract international entrepreneurs, executives and investors.


We are strengthening our sales division with a sophisticated, commercially astute Luxury Sales Advisor ready to operate within the upper tier of the market.


This is not a transactional brokerage role.

It is an advisory position focused on long-term relationship development, structured pipeline management and premium client experience.


You will manage high-value opportunities from first enquiry through to completion, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the entire process.



Key responsibilities


- Own and strategically manage a high-value pipeline of prime residential sales opportunities

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with international buyers and investors

- Convert qualified leads into exclusive VDB clients through relationship and trust based advisory

- Deeply understand clients’ lifestyle, investment strategy and long-term objectives

- Source suitable properties within VDB’s curated portfolio and across the broader market

- Contribute to portfolio growth through selective listing acquisition aligned with demand

- Collaborate with the Property Hunter team to secure exclusive listings

- Maintain strong collaborations with selected market-leading agencies

- Manage the full sales process end-to-end, including coordination with lawyers, notaries and financial institutions

- Advise clients beyond the transaction through VDB’s trusted professional network

- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline, KPI tracking and pipeline visibility

- Contribute to weekly sales reporting and performance reviews


Profile


- 3–5 years’ experience in prime residential real estate or high-end hospitality sales

- Proven track record of closing high-value transactions xqbhyrx

- Strong knowledge of Barcelona’s prime residential areas

- Experience advising international high-net-worth individuals

- Structured, CRM-driven and comfortable operating within KPIs

- Commercially astute yet consultative in approach

- Fluent English and Spanish (additional languages advantageous)
