QA Hardware Engineer
Job Description:
Responsibilities will include:
- Participate in the field screening team on product issues.
Identification, analysis, evaluation and recording of key data.
- Monitoring of processes.
Design actions to avoid issues/malfunctions for recurring.
- Identify best practices and development guides.
Lean processes for superior performance.
- Definition and leadership of actions of the company's portfolio performance improvement plan.
Preparation of monitoring reports and execution of related action plans.
- Experience with methodologies for managing incidents, changes, performance measurement and project management.
- Perform organizational coaching to do right first and to walk the talk.

- Master/ B.A in Industrial Engineer or Telecommunications.
- Experience in maintenance of management systems and risk management.

- Approximately 3 – 5 years working in a quality role.
- Available to travel.
