Responsibilities
* Support the Corporate Senior Controller in the monthly closing process (review GL accounts related to IT, perform reconciliations and support P&L reviews)
* Assist the Corporate Senior Controller in the release and the improvement of recurring reporting addressed to the CIO and IT Department Managers (tracking IT-related expenditures (CAPEX and OPEX) and variance analysis)
* Participate in the preparation of the Corporate Forecast and Budget processes
* Enhance reporting tools by using Oracle EPM and any other business intelligence tools (PBI, Cognos, Hyperion) to ease decision-making, with a special focus on the IT cost centers
* Support transversal strategic projects across the regions, in collaboration with the different departments of the organization
* Participate in the implementation of any new software in accordance with the IT strategic plan of the company
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
* Additional training in Accounting and Auditing is highly valued
* 3-4 years of experience as a Finance Controller in an international company with exposure to tracking IT expenses (desirable) or as an external auditor
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, Oracle Cloud PBCS (EPM/FCCS), or Power BI is a plus
* Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
* Strong analytical skills, adaptability, initiative, results orientation, and the ability to perform under pressure
