Chang’s rely on our top‑ranked platform which now includes Zenput to manage inventory, staff scheduling, learning and development, food safety, operational tasks and audits.About the roleAs an Engineering Manager at Crunchtime, you are responsible for the health and output of one or more engineering teams. This role requires a balance of short‑term delivery and long‑term investment in people and architecture. We look for leaders who are “system thinkers” – individuals who can navigate technical complexity while maintaining an empathetic approach to team leadership.To support Crunchtime’s continued scaling, we are adding two new Engineering Manager roles to the organization. These strategic hires will expand our leadership capacity, enabling the formation of a new Crunchtime Suite team and providing the dedicated oversight necessary to accelerate our development roadmap. Our applications are designed to provide a unified, data‑driven experience for our general hospitality customers.What you’ll do as an Engineering Manager- Manage 1–2 teams (approx. 4–10 engineers total).
