Let’s see if you have what it takes to shine! /p pThe Global Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is a key member of the Executive Committee, responsible for defining, leading, and executing the company’s global commercial strategy across all channels and markets. The role carries full accountability for worldwide revenue growth, market expansion, channel performance, and commercial excellence, encompassing Retail, Wholesale, Franchise, and Digital (e-commerce and omnichannel) operations. /p pReporting directly to the CEO, the CCO plays a critical role in shaping the company’s short-, medium-, and long-term growth agenda, ensuring strong alignment between commercial execution, brand positioning, financial objectives, and overall corporate strategy. The CCO leads a global commercial organization, balancing global consistency with local market needs, and acts as the voice of the customer at the executive level. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Global Commercial Strategy Planning /h3 ul liElaborate, lead, and execute a global commercial plan and strategy for the short, medium, and long term, fully aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. /li liDefine and implement the global commercial vision across all regions and channels. /li liIdentify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, including market expansion, channel development, and strategic partnerships. /li liTranslate corporate strategy into clear commercial priorities, execution roadmaps, and performance KPIs. /li /ul h3Channel Leadership Performance /h3 h3Retail (Owned Operated Stores): /h3 ul liDefine and lead the global retail strategy, including store network optimization, expansion, productivity, and customer experience. /li liEnsure strong retail execution, commercial effectiveness, and full omnichannel integration across all markets. /li /ul h3Wholesale: /h3 ul liDevelop and manage the global wholesale strategy, including partner segmentation, distribution models, pricing architecture, and margin optimization. /li liBuild and strengthen long-term strategic relationships with key global and regional wholesale partners. /li liDirectly manage and oversee strategic key accounts, including El Corte Inglés, ensuring strong partnerships, commercial performance, and optimal brand representation. /li liEnsure brand consistency and disciplined market execution across wholesale channels. /li /ul h3Franchise: /h3 ul liDesign, implement, and scale a robust global franchise model that ensures brand integrity, operational excellence, and financial performance. /li liOversee franchisee selection, governance, performance management, and international expansion plans. /li /ul h3Digital E-commerce: /h3 ul liLead the global digital and e-commerce strategy, including DTC platforms, marketplaces, and omnichannel initiatives. /li liDrive digital growth through traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, CRM, data analytics, and personalization. /li liEnsure seamless integration between digital and physical channels to deliver a best-in-class omnichannel customer journey. /li /ul h3Pricing, Promotions Commercial Governance: /h3 ul liActively participate in pricing, discount, and promotional strategies, in close collaboration with Finance and Brand, ensuring full alignment with the company’s overall strategy. /li liDefine global commercial frameworks and guidelines while allowing flexibility for local market dynamics. /li liEnsure disciplined execution of pricing and promotional actions to protect brand equity and profitability. /li /ul h3Financial Management Budgeting: /h3 ul liFull global commercial PL responsibility, including revenue, gross margin, and commercial cost control. /li liElaborate the annual global commercial budget covering all channels and markets, in coordination with Finance and regional teams. /li liMonitor performance versus budget, proactively managing risks and opportunities to deliver financial targets. /li liDrive operational efficiency and maximize return on investment across all commercial initiatives. /li /ul h3Customer, Brand Market Insight: /h3 ul liChampion a customer-centric approach across all commercial activities and decision-making. /li liEnsure a consistent, premium, and differentiated brand experience across all channels and geographies. /li liLeverage market intelligence, consumer insights, and data analytics to inform strategy, innovation, and execution. /li /ul h3LEADERSHIP ORGANIZATION /h3 ul liBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing global commercial organization across regions and channels. /li liEstablish clear governance, accountability, and performance management frameworks. /li liFoster strong cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and HR. /li liDevelop top commercial talent, succession plans, and a strong performance-driven culture. /li /ul h3EXECUTIVE STRATEGIC CONTRIBUTION /h3 ul liActively contribute as a member of the Executive Committee, influencing enterprise-wide strategy, transformation, and long-term planning. /li liProvide the CEO and Board with clear insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, and commercial risks and opportunities. /li liAct as a strategic partner to the CEO in driving growth, change management, and organizational alignment. /li /ul h3KEY QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent executive education is highly valued. /li liMinimum of 15 years of professional experience in senior commercial, revenue, or marketing leadership roles within complex, international organizations. /li liExtensive experience in retail is mandatory, with a strong track record of driving performance, productivity, and growth. /li liPreferential experience in the fashion and/or luxury sector, with deep understanding of brand-led businesses, premium positioning, and selective distribution models. /li liProven experience operating in a highly international environment, managing multi-country, multi-cultural teams and markets. /li liSolid and demonstrable experience in the USA, Mexico, and Asia, with a strong understanding of their commercial, cultural, and regulatory dynamics. /li liSenior-level experience managing strategic wholesale key accounts, including El Corte Inglés, and building long-term, value-driven partnerships. /li liStrong exposure to omnichannel business models, digital transformation, and customer-centric commercial strategies. /li liFull professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required;
