Responsibilities
* As Labour Relations Partner, you will be responsible for labour relations, hiring and payroll process, attendance control, and related activities.
* You will actively participate in the strategic plan implementation and process improvement in your functional area.
Qualifications
* You have a university degree in Labour Relations and / or a solid legal foundation in the labour field.
* You bring experience in employee relations management positions in industrial settings.
* You are familiar with Union and RLT negotiation.
* You are experienced in the implementation of policies and projects related to the role.
* You are proficient in English, written and spoken.
