Product Manager, Flame For Life, you will be part of the Marketing Team, reporting to the Senior Product Manager. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing annual marketing plans for the Flame For Life category, covering all aspects of the marketing mix to secure profitable growth and increase consumer preference for our brand.What You'll Do :
Define yearly marketing plans aligned with the EU strategy and local long-term vision.Manage trade activities, including in-store visibility and activation.Set marketing communication objectives to develop and execute marketing and promotional plans covering ATL & BTL actions.Oversee product portfolio management, defining appropriate product mix and pricing per channel based on customer and consumer needs.Champion market data and insights, evaluate trends, opportunities, or threats, and translate data into strategic actions.Explore and unlock new growth opportunities proactively.Manage the brand support budget, including setting, controlling, and reporting.Ensure business profitability and ROI growth.Contribute to sales forecasting in collaboration with planning and sales teams, ensuring accuracy.Coordinate cross-departmental efforts for smooth plan implementation.Work closely with the HQ marketing team for plan validation and alignment with EU strategy.Collaborate with Sales & Category teams to deliver incremental growth opportunities.What You'll Bring To BIC :
University degree in Economics, preferably with a postgraduate degree in marketing.At least 3-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG companies.Fluent in English & Spanish, both spoken and written.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Innovative mindset, challenging the status quo, and thinking out of the box.Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities.BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
