As Operation Executive, you will be responsible for monitoring multiple 3P stores from operations, performance, design and compliance perspective. You will work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to manage operations performance and drive program initiatives yielding improvements in quality, productivity, speed and cost. With customer obsession and a high sense of ownership, you will identify patterns and any disruptions in data. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details and foresee data implications. You must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly and to travel to stores to design, set up & monitor 3P operations.Roles and Responsibilities Monitor operations of the assigned stores and suggest & deploy improvementsIdentify useful data accumulated from multiple sources and take necessary actionsForesee implications based on current data and trendsBe organized, apt and prompt in notifying the situation, problem solve and recur preventionServe as a liaison between the internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind the objectives, limits, conformance and information privacyTrain & direct associates for action and conformance of norms & practicesVisit the stores for various operational conformance, restrictions and normsConduct ops checklist based on SOPKey job responsibilities Communicating with team and operations stakeholdersManaging amazon driven process at 3p storesProviding training and one point lessons to ground staff to implement Amazon Operation processesPerform daily/ weekly site auditsTravel to site locationsBasic Qualifications 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experienceSpeak, write, and read fluently in EnglishExperience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsExperience with ExcelPreferred Qualifications Bachelor\'s degreeOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
