Playing a key role in expanding the Avios loyalty ecosystem across Spain and Latin America.Sitting at the intersection of commercial partnerships, loyalty strategy, and customer engagement. You'll combine business development with hands-on partnership management. Using customer insight and data to design compelling, scalable loyalty propositions that drive real commercial value.Your time will be evenly split between growing existing partnerships and building new ones. You'll work closely with established partners to unlock new opportunities, enhance customer propositions, and deliver initiatives that increase engagement and performance. At the same time, you'll identify and bring in new partners. Being the face of the business to your partners.High impact – Your work directly drives revenue, customer engagement, and partner growthVariety every day – From launching new partners to designing customer propositions, no two projects are the sameInternational exposure – Work across regions in Spain and Latin America, with global brandsSenior visibility – You'll build relationships with and influence senior external stakeholdersGrowth opportunity – Be part of a major expansion with new partners and markets to unlock**What you'll be doing** ****Grow new strategic partnerships* Own the commercial performance of a portfolio of Retail, Travel and Leisure partners, driving Avios issuance, customer engagement and long-term partnership value.* Build strong working relationships with senior partner stakeholders and position IAG Loyalty as a strategic growth partner.* Proactively seek out and unlock new partnership opportunities, especially with brands yet to explore loyalty or join the Avios ecosystem. Dive deep into their customer needs to craft compelling, insight-led commercial propositions, and take full ownership from first conversation through to negotiation, onboarding, and successful launch.Develop new commercial opportunities within existing partners* Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities with existing partners, including new earning propositions, redemption opportunities, marketing campaigns and digital integrations.* Support broader business development initiatives by helping structure scalable propositions that can be replicated across multiple partners.Drive customer proposition development* Work with Product and Marketing teams to develop compelling and simple value propositions that drive customer engagement with Avios.* Help evolve customer journeys for Avios collection, redemption and partner engagement across digital platforms.Deliver projects across multiple teams* Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Data, Marketing and Technology to successfully launch and scale partner initiatives.* Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and generate measurable commercial impact.Use data to unlock growth* Analyse partner performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.* Build business cases to support new initiatives and help partners understand the value delivered by the Avios ecosystem.**What we need from you** Commercial & strategic thinking* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify, shape, and deliver growth opportunities* Experience developing business cases and translating ideas into scalable propositions* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping opportunities from early-stage ideas Partnership & relationship management* Proven experience managing complex B2B partnerships or strategic accounts* Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders* The gravitas to position yourself as a trusted partner. Data driven & analytical mindset* Ability to analyse performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities* Experience building commercial narratives backed by data to influence partners Cross functional collaboration* Ability to bring people together and drive initiatives forward* Comfortable acting as the bridge between internal teams and external partners* Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas**** Industry & experience backgroundWe're open to different backgrounds, but you'll likely have experience in relevant, fast paced industries.* Background in consulting, partnerships, B2B sales, or commercial roles* Experience in consumer-facing industries such as travel, retail, ecommerce, fintech, mobility, or digital platforms* Exposure to loyalty, customer proposition, or partnership ecosystems is a bonus (not essential) Ways of workingThis is a constantly changing and diverse environment and therefore you will require resilience and a tenacious and assertive approach. We call our approach to hybrid working *The Blend* — it's about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home.
