As our activity continues to grow, with 8 residences under management in Spain, Urban Campus is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to support the Asset Management team in expanding within the Spanish resident market. This role involves managing a part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) and a Sales Manager.
As our Senior Sales Manager, you will work closely with Lorena, Head of Asset Management. In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will assist in enhancing asset performance and defining effective sales strategies.
Your main responsibilities include driving sales execution and strategy to foster growth and build strong client relationships.
Sales Execution
* Guide new leads through the sales process—from initial video calls to finalizing bookings.
* Communicate with potential clients via email, phone, and video calls.
* Maintain and update our acquisition funnel in HubSpot.
Strategy and Management
* Track and report key sales KPIs.
* Manage and coordinate a Sales Manager and a junior part-time SDR.
* Optimize sales processes and tools continuously.
* Establish sales processes and tools for new building openings.
Additional Requirements:
* Over 4 years of experience in a relevant sales role, ideally with B2C and B2B experience.
* Full fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
* Strong analytical skills, data-driven approach, and reporting capabilities.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills in both languages.
